Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a powerful therapeutic approach that helps you get to the root of what’s been holding you back—so you can create real, lasting change fast. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low self-worth, money blocks, health challenges, or simply feeling stuck, RTT helps you uncover the why behind the pattern and gently rewire it at the subconscious level.
This isn’t about surface-level talk therapy or years of digging—RTT combines the best of hypnotherapy, neuroscience, and coaching to help you break free from limiting beliefs and step into the life you truly want. In just one to three sessions, many clients experience profound breakthroughs, emotional relief, and a deep sense of clarity. If you’re ready to stop managing the symptoms and finally shift the root cause, RTT is a powerful tool to help you do exactly that.
If you’ve landed here, you’re likely seeking meaningful change—something deeper than mindset hacks or temporary fixes.
RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is one of the most effective tools I use to help clients uncover and release subconscious beliefs that have been holding them back—so they can heal, grow, and finally move forward.
I am a licensed Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, and I have had the privilege of helping clients experience profound breakthroughs—in areas ranging from anxiety and self-worth to grief, health, and emotional patterns they thought they’d never overcome.
If you’re curious whether RTT is the right fit for you, I invite you to book a free discovery session. Together, we’ll explore your goals, what’s been holding you back, and whether this gentle yet powerful method could support your transformation.
I had the deep honor of being certified as a practitioner by the founder of the Rapid Transformational Therapy Modality, Marisa Peer.
Each session lasts between 90 minutes and 2 hours. I recommend blocking off the full 2 hours so you’re not rushed and we can take the time needed to go deep and create real transformation
Everyone experiences RTT a little differently. Some feel light and floaty. Others feel relaxed, still, or even sleepy. Some are fully aware the entire time.
What matters most: You don’t have to feel a certain way for it to work. No matter your experience, the process is working. Trust that.
RTT uses a natural state of focused relaxation (similar to REM sleep) to access your subconscious mind—where deep patterns and beliefs are stored.
It’s science-based, safe, and surprisingly gentle. And yes, you can absolutely do it.
Great question—and no need to worry. The depth of trance isn’t important. You don’t need to feel “deep” for RTT to be effective. What matters is your openness and willingness to trust the process. And I’ll be there guiding you the whole way.
RTT may still surprise you. Even if you think you know the root, RTT can show you a new angle or a moment from your past you didn’t realize shaped you.
Insight leads to freedom—and freedom leads to transformation.
If trauma or challenging memories surface, know this:
You are not reliving them—you are reviewing them.
You’re safe, supported, and fully in control. My role is to gently guide you through, creating a compassionate space for healing—not re-traumatization.
People experience change in three ways:
There’s no wrong way—only your way.
Absolutely. Some issues resolve in just one session. Others may take a few to fully clear. Many of my clients continue RTT to explore new areas or pair it with coaching for long-term transformation.
That’s why I offer:
Together, we’ll find the path that supports you best—with grace, alignment, and care.
