How long does an RTT session take?

Each session lasts between 90 minutes and 2 hours. I recommend blocking off the full 2 hours so you’re not rushed and we can take the time needed to go deep and create real transformation

Everyone experiences RTT a little differently. Some feel light and floaty. Others feel relaxed, still, or even sleepy. Some are fully aware the entire time.
What matters most: You don’t have to feel a certain way for it to work. No matter your experience, the process is working. Trust that.

Not at all. That’s a common myth. You’re always in control. You can talk, shift, grab a tissue—or even take a bathroom break. If we disconnect, you might rest for a moment, but you’ll naturally open your eyes when you notice the quiet.

RTT uses a natural state of focused relaxation (similar to REM sleep) to access your subconscious mind—where deep patterns and beliefs are stored.
It’s science-based, safe, and surprisingly gentle. And yes, you can absolutely do it.

Great question—and no need to worry. The depth of trance isn’t important. You don’t need to feel “deep” for RTT to be effective. What matters is your openness and willingness to trust the process. And I’ll be there guiding you the whole way.

RTT may still surprise you. Even if you think you know the root, RTT can show you a new angle or a moment from your past you didn’t realize shaped you.
Insight leads to freedom—and freedom leads to transformation.

If trauma or challenging memories surface, know this:
You are not reliving them—you are reviewing them.
You’re safe, supported, and fully in control. My role is to gently guide you through, creating a compassionate space for healing—not re-traumatization.

People experience change in three ways:

  • Immediate: You feel lighter, clearer, or different right after the session.
  • Gradual: Shifts unfold over days or weeks as your new beliefs settle in.
  • Retroactive: You look back later and realize just how far you’ve come.


There’s no wrong way—only your way.

Absolutely. Some issues resolve in just one session. Others may take a few to fully clear. Many of my clients continue RTT to explore new areas or pair it with coaching for long-term transformation.

That’s why I offer:

  • A 3-month Rapid Transformational Experience Program
  • And 6- or 12-month Private Coaching Programs for women ready to fully step into their next chapter.
